Founded in 2003 by Lefteri (Lefty) Tsiropoulos, Skippers Seafood was born from a clear vision: to provide exceptional quality homemade seafood paired with outstanding service and an unforgettable dining experience.
As a family-owned, pet-friendly fast-casual restaurant, Skippers Seafood operates year-round and has been recognized by the State of Connecticut for our commitment to excellent customer service. For nearly two decades, we have earned the loyalty of both locals and tourists, supported by a dedicated team of employees—many of whom have been with us for years, while others return seasonally to uphold our standards of world-class service.
