From cold water lobster out of Maine and wild-caught haddock from the North Atlantic to whole clams from Cape Cod, jumbo shrimp from the Gulf of Mexico, and sea scallops from George’s Bank, we take pride in knowing exactly where our ingredients come from. Even our burgers and ground beef are carefully chosen, sourced from Pat LaFrieda in New Jersey.
