We’re from Pittsburgh. Our only seafood is carp from Pymatuning. Well, not really, but we were hoping to get some “fresh New England seafood.” Skippers did not disappoint. Great service, pretty fast, clams and fish were fantastic. Chicken strips were really good, too. Being from the Paris of Appalachia, I was a little surprised at the price but I’m assuming that’s market price these days with inflation and what not. Would recommend!

Went for my first fish sandwich this summer and went to Skippers to get one of the best in the area. Been going to Skippers for years and they never disappoint. A large sandwich with a big piece of fish that isn’t overly breaded and served on a large sesame seed bun. Just a perfect lunch on a perfect day.

Visiting Waterford, CT and wanted some seafood. Stopped at Skippers in Niantic, right across from the water. Outdoor and indoor eating, but it was really warm out, so we ate on the patio. A great selection of seafood, reasonable prices, with friendly and quick service. It was terrific having lunch by the water and enjoying some great tasting fresh seafood. Highly recommend.
